To Whom It May Concern:

We would like to take this opportunity to send-a big thank you to the entire staff at the Berkeley Plaza. We had our wedding on Saturday, September 15, 2007 in the Plaza Ballroom and we could not have wished for a better time. Everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful, especially Michael, our Maitre'd. Every step of the way he was helping us with the wedding, from getting us to be in the right place at the right times, to having drinks ready while we were walking around saying our thank-yous. My mother was even impressed that he searched her out for a simple question about the temperature!

The food and its presentation were just beautiful. And the offer of "seconds" was a big hit with all of our guests. Everyone has told us what a beautiful place the Berkeley Plaza is and how much fun they had at our wedding.

We can't thank you enough for making our special day even that much more to remember. We are overjoyed with the care and consideration that your establishment has given to us while we were planning our wedding. (And believe me, I'm sure I was a pest at times!!)
